Challenge
Despite being a stunning property, Grand Palace had average visuals, weak storytelling and low digital engagement. The property looked far better in real life than it did online, which led to low brand value perception.
Our Strategy
We chose to focus on experience elevation rather than just property showcasing. Our goal was to present Grand Palace as a peaceful luxury escape and build a strong emotional connection with potential guests through content.
Execution
We created cinematic sunrise and sunset visuals, couple lifestyle moments, nature trails, outdoor dining experiences, pool shots and drone coverage to highlight the true beauty of the property. The overall brand presence became more premium and engaging.
Results
After the new content rollout, Grand Palace saw a jump in engagement and inquiries. The resort’s visual identity became stronger and more attractive to both families and couple travellers, helping them strengthen their market position.
