Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or request a refund for services purchased through the Platform.

Cancellation Requests:

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of booking the service.
  • Requests may not be entertained if work on the project has already commenced.

Non-Cancellable Services:

  • Once production or editing work has started, cancellations may not be possible.
  • Refunds may only be considered in cases where services have not been initiated or if there is a proven issue with quality or deliverables.

Damaged or Defective Deliverables:

  • If the delivered video or media is defective or not as per the agreed scope, please report to our customer service within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will review the issue and provide appropriate revisions or replacements.

Approved Refunds:

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days of approval.

Revision and Return Policy

  • Clients are entitled to revisions as per the agreed scope mentioned in the service contract.
  • Refunds or service adjustments may be provided if the final deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon requirements, subject to our review.
  • Once final videos or media are approved, requests for additional revisions or refunds will be evaluated as per the contract terms.

Delivery Policy

  • All deliverables (videos, edits, or digital media) will be delivered via digital transfer, cloud storage links, or other agreed-upon methods.
  • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of project confirmation and may vary based on the project scope.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, client delays in providing materials, etc.) will be communicated promptly, and timelines adjusted accordingly.
  • All final deliverables are considered delivered once the client has received the files and confirmed receipt.
